How can I order?
You can order your item(s) through this website or if you are an educational institution, by emailing a purchase order through to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are your opening times?
Our Normal Working Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However you can place an order from our website at any time of the day.
How do I know the size of a product?
We try to list the full dimensions of every item. This information can be found in the data sheet on the individual product review pages. It's important to note that the dimensions don't include and protruding features such as controls and handles etc. unless otherwise stated. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on the website are approximate.
The product I've bought looks different to the one shown
Images of the items shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We've made every effort to display all item colours accurately, however we can't guarantee that the image displayed on the monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the item delivered to you. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the item specifications are correct on the website, due to continual item development through research and development, specifications may change without notice.
Which payment methods can I use to place my order?
We can accept payments from PayPal, or from a debit/credit card using the PayPal interface. We also accept payment by invoice from educational institutions only, if this applies to you, please write your order, including product reference code and quantities required in an email addressed to email@example.com.
Does it cost me any extra to use PayPal?
No, PayPal is completely free.
Can I pay using PayPal over the phone?
No, PayPal can only be used on online orders, not telephone orders.
What if I have a problem with an item that has been delivered?
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us using the 'contact us' tab at the top of the page, or by calling us on 01952 567450. Please see our terms and conditions (section 7) for full details on returning faulty goods.
How do I return goods I do not want?
We operate a 14 day cancellation policy. If you decide to return an unused item, you just need to contact us via the 'contact us' tab at the top of the page, or by calling us on 01952 567450, within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please see our terms and conditions (section 4) for full details on returning unwanted items.
